Becca Saar

I have been playing sports since I was 5 years old. I played travel soccer from age 5 to 17, competitive swimming from age 8 to 18, lacrosse, and weightlifting. I started CrossFit in 2016. I have always had a passion for coaching others and coached swimming for about 5 years. I love seeing people surprise themselves and get better everyday.

Growing up, I was always average at every sport. I stayed middle of the pack and was never “great” at anything, unlike my peers. When I started training CrossFit, this feeling became a goal to try my hardest to be great at something. Being great is subjective and for me, it’s being the best version of myself everyday.
My passion for coaching is rooted in helping athletes achieve their goals and watching them leave the gym better than they came. 1% better everyday!!!! I love seeing it “click” for someone and breaking any movement down to the basics.
