Kaylynn is a Florida panhandle native and grew up in Niceville, with a brief stop in Kentucky. While her youth was spent playing various sports, she found a lifelong love in equestrianism and her work with horses has kept her active most of her life. Eventually, Kaylynn met her biggest competitor in Marcus and the two took to Obstacle Course Racing, competing in Spartan Races as well as other various OCR events. This, sprinkled with some traditional bodybuilding, kept her busy until her discovery of CrossFit in 2020. Kaylynn dove in headfirst, earning her L1 that same year and immediately competing in multiple events, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Kaylynn splits her time between the gym and serving as a Firefighter/EMT with the local area’s Walton County Fire Rescue. Her goal in CrossFit is to wake up and find the new limits of which her body is capable, and to push those limits every day.
