Amber was born and raised in southern Illinois. She was involved in athletics all of her life including gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. She moved to the FL panhandle in 2017 where she lives with her husband Nic, their son Knox, and their fur baby Kino. Amber has been doing CrossFit since 2014, and coaching since 2018. Amber has her CF-L1 and CrossFit gymnastics certifications, as well as a Masters degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is also our nutrition coach for the gym. She is passionate about CrossFit and nutrition, and the benefits that come from utilizing the two in combination.
