At MBSC, we believe in an individualized, science-based, approach to nutrition. We believe there is not a “one size fits all” approach that works for everyone. We also believe that nutrition is the foundation of health, performance, and recovery. We offer several options including macronutrient calculations, macro-based nutrition meal plans, accountability check-ins and follow-ups, and nutrition education. Each consultation is approximately one hour long to ensure a full personal health history is obtained so that a plan can be personalized to each person’s specific goals. We use an approach that does not tell you WHAT to eat, but rather teaches you HOW to eat for sustainable long-term health and recovery.
